Each year we look forward to this magical evening where we get to celebrate all of our superstars and the year we’ve had together. We have a few extra special awards for people that have stood out this year and worked hard to grow both professionally and personally. Here are the awards:

Our three polished diamonds, these are people who shine brightly as diamonds and have worked especially hard this year on polishing themselves, this year our polish diamonds are: Alison, Lara & Olivia!!!

Our butterfly, this person has pushed themselves out of their cocoon and flourished into a beautiful butterfly, this award goes to: Katie V!!!

Our In the Moment Magician, this person goes the extra mile when thinking of invitations to play and ways to engage our children, this award goes to: Cristina!!!

The parent partnership award, this person has exceptional relationships with our parents and families and really goes that extra step to ensure they involve you all in our nursery life. This award goes to Reanna!!!

The biggest impact in the shortest amount of time award, this person hasn’t been here that long but has already made a HUGE impact on the team, children & nursery and started their journey with us with a BANG! This award goes to: Shamella!!!

Finally, the team all placed their votes for their Employee of the Year, this person has stood out to the whole team, giving their 110% everyday! This award goes to: Beri!!!!
