In line with our ‘Healthy Eating’ Ethos theme and Cultural Capital approach, we have set up a partnership with a local greengrocer, Avo man on Upper Street.
On a weekly basis, the children collect a wide range of seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables which they then prepare for their snack at the nursery.

The partnership with the greengrocer is an amazing opportunity to support businesses in the local area. The children also explore new fruits and vegetables, some of which they might have never tried before, and expand their knowledge while we value their ideas and opinions in creating our menu.
