In the morning, Lauren set out an amazing sensory activity with green play dough and orange, white and green rice, resembling the Irish flag. She then sat with the children and read an Irish story called ‘The Story of St. Patrick’. The children thoroughly enjoyed getting messy and listening to this magical story.
