Nursery Practitioner

My name is Ciara and I worked in childcare settings in Ireland. Ireland is great for it’s amazing beaches. I wanted to live and work in England as I visited on a holiday and really enjoyed it. There is lots to do and see in London, making it a fantastic place to live.

I like working with children because I find it very rewarding. I believe that by developing strong and meaningful relationships with each child, you can positively impact both their learning and development. I love to see children flourish in their environment. I think that an effective way to help children learn is by encouraging children’s unique interests and needs. At work I look forward to seeing the progress the children have made and how I can help them further in their development and learning in a fun and enjoyable way!

In my spare time, I love going for scenic walks or going to the gym. In Ireland, I go for a walk on the beach with my dogs every day. I also enjoy meeting with my friends on the weekend.

Qualifications, Skills &Experience:

• Level 8 Early Childhood Care and Education, honours degree
• Nursery experience
• Experience as Teaching Assistant
• Experience as babysitter
• Basic Child Protection Training
