On Friday, the 19th of August, it was time to celebrate our exciting whole nursery Summer Party. During the event, the children got the chance to enjoy plenty of open end activities, all under our ‘Disney Beach Dress up Party’ theme.

Our Baby Room prepared a summer fruit tasting activity which our little ones very much enjoyed and set up a pretend beach made of sand and a large range of sand toys. Of course, our babies also loved splashing in the water tray and creating little boats using plenty of arts and crafts resources.

In the Toddler Room our children had so much fun participating in our role play dress up activity with baby dolls, exploring the beach themed sensory trays and having a dance with their teachers and parents.

In the garden, our Pre Schoolers loved sharing their creative minds and making music with the musical instruments whilst dressing up in Hawaiian necklaces and skirts under the shades of the trees. Our families also had so much fun, taking photos with their beloved ones in the photo booth and serving colourful ‘Foam Ice cream’ to their parents.

Our Summer Party was filled with lots of fun and excitement and it was a great opportunity for the children to share their experiences at nursery with their families. Many parents, grandparents and siblings came to join in the fun – choosing to enjoy some refreshments whilst the children enjoyed the afternoon’s entertainment.
